" Once we decided to replace the carpeting on our entire first floor with hard wood, we began the search for a contractor. After interviewing a number of prospective contractors, we decided to use Carl and his team at CRMC. We had asked each contractor to install the floor in a direction that was parallel to the floor joists and every one was happy to oblige and "take our money". Carl provided extensive research that proved this was a poor decision and that the floor would look fine for a year or two but would warp and buckle down the road. His "coaching" and professionalism convinced us to selected him as the contractor, and we could not be more happy with the outcome. The floor is beautiful and will look that way for years to come."
