Let me introduce myself. I'm Carl Richardt, owner and one of the craftsmen for CMRC Inc. I personally have over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction and woodworking industry.

We are a full service remodeling company; residential and commercial. We can handle large and small projects, and even do repairs. If your job is out of our scope or services, chances are we can refer you to a reputable company that can help you. We strive for complete customer satisfaction.

My craftsmen and I personally manage each project from beginning to end. That includes our first meeting, the estimate, the contract, and meetings while the work is in progress. Everybody works at CMRC; there are no stand around supervisors to drive up the cost of the project.
At CMRC we do our own painting, tile, cabinetry, carpentry etc. Subcontractors when used, come from my personal list of pre-approved tradesmen.
